All payments are 100% non-refundable. Due to the nature of services offered at The Seven Agency, we will not provide any refunds. If you [client] decide to cancel at your own discretion, you will forfeit your designs and will not be refunded. All artwork ownership will remain The Seven Agency's property and will not be sent to the client for their ownership. If the project is in the final stages, ownership will be transferred to the client once full payment is received. All sales are final. The only reason any monies will be refunded is in the event IneffableGrphx is unable to complete the project for personal reasons or illness.
