- Your logo will be on there (If provided. If you do not send us a logo, we will put your business name in text).

Please send all information to info@the7.agency, INCLUDING your logo in a transparent PNG format. If your logo isn't in PNG format it will not be used.

FOR EDITABLE CANVA TEMPLATES:
- The overall design will not be editable. You will only be able to edit the text, some images, and the background.
Turnaround Time:
- 3-5 Business Days (For 4ct.)
- 5-7 Business Days (For 6ct.)
- 7-10 Business Days (For 9ct.+)
Refunds/Cancellations
All payments are 100% non-refundable. Due to the nature of services offered at The Seven Agency, we will not provide any refunds. If you [client] decide to cancel at your own discretion, you will forfeit your designs and will not be refunded. All artwork ownership will remain The Seven Agency's property and will not be sent to the client for their ownership. If the project is in the final stages, ownership will be transferred to the client once full payment is received. All sales are final. The only reason any monies will be refunded is in the event The Seven Agency is unable to complete the project for business/personal reasons or illness.
Shipping Policy
Please keep in mind that ALL products are DIGITAL.
NO PHYSICAL ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED.
Turnaround Time
All turnaround times are listed in the descriptions of each service.
Turnaround times do not include weekends and holidays. Orders received after business hours (7pm est.) are considered to be received on the next business day.
Orders received over the weekend (Sat & Sun) are considered received on Monday with the turnaround time beginning on Tuesday.
